Dividing my time between London and the South of France I offer a bespoke service, designing and preparing menus for any occasion in any location.
Growing up, my family ran a deli and catering business in London and later a hotel restaurant in the South of France, so I have been surrounded by food all my life. I trained at Leiths School of Food & Wine and have gained experience with Faventia, a two-star Michelin restaurant in the South of France and Alastair Little and Theo Randall in London, amongst others.
I was born in Mexico and have travelled extensively so draw inspiration from a wide range of cuisines - in particular those
of India and South East Asia - as well as more traditional European food.
From formal fine dining to street-food, I feel it is important that food matches the event and there are no off-the-cuff ready menus. Instead I work closely with you discussing all aspects
of the event before coming up with a menu designed
specifically for you. |
